Provide a valid email ID and mobile number of the recipient (they’ll receive voucher code via email, SMS, and WhatsApp). This ensures safety & they won’t miss it! Send to 1 or up to 10 people at a time with the + sign. The more the merrier! Send it right away or schedule it so you don’t forget 😊

Sign up for free in seconds using your (sender) mobile and email ID. You can view receipts, get offers, faster checkout next time & more in your account.
Step 4
Login & Place Order
In seconds, Gifto.co will send the recipient voucher code, to their email, mobile, and WhatsApp.
They can redeem it by pasting the code into the gift card brand’s mobile app, website checkout, or add the gifted credit to their wallet.
If available, they can visit that brand’s (offline) retail outlets and redeem.
Valid only in cities and Pin codes where Big Basket & BB now are serviceable in. Please check if you are serviceable before purchasing gift cards.
Gift Card can be used on BB now, BigBasket website, App and M-site
Gift Card will be valid for a period of up to 12 months from the date of issue
Entire Gift Card amount will be redeemed and credited to the bb wallet. After the amount is credited, it can be used across multiple orders.
Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or credit
If the customer misplaces the gift card, BigBasket shall not be responsible to reimburse / refund
No duplicate will be issued if the gift card is lost or misplaced
Gift Card cannot be re-validated once expired
The holder of the gift card is deemed to be the beneficiary
Validity period of the gift card will not be extended under any circumstances
Any dispute should be referred to BigBasket and the decision of BigBasket shall be final
If Gift Card is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded
E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

If a card is redeemed from a city that is not served by Big basket, refund will not be provided
