No refund will be made for any unused balance.7. If requesting to use E-Voucher cannot be canceled in any case.8. The company reserves the right to return or redeem a new E-Voucher under any circumstance.9. The company reserves the right to change or cancel the E-Voucher without prior notice at any event, including a suspicious situation that the E-Voucher was not originally issued by the company or received with bad faith by any means.10.
