1. This is a Reliance JioMart GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance) and can be redeemed only at JioMart website & app.
2. The person with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. The GV/GC cannot be used on 3P products (third-party products listed on the JioMart Platform).
4. This is a one-time use GV/GC, and it cannot be revalidated once it expires.
5. This GV/GC is not valid on the purchase of Gold/Silver Coins and fine Jewellery.
6. GV/GC is non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. Multiple GV/GCs cannot be redeemed in a single order.
8. Reliance’s overall liability will not exceed the value of the GV/GC.
9. Reliance/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GC.
10. Reliance reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the GV/GC at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the GV/GC.
11. Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty, and quality of the Products to be purchased under redemption of the GV/GC shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner, and Reliance shall not be held responsible/liable for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the Products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
12. The GV/GC is binding for all applicable laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai only.
13. The bearer of the GV/GC shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
